This App is suitable for any outdoor activity which can be mapped in less than a 200 km by 200 km area.
Makes your android phone as useful as a Garmin or Magellan outdoor handheld GPS.
The map has a 1 km grid with UTM co-ordinates for use alongside a UTM terrain map.
While your phone sleeps, using very little battery, a gps fix is obtained and plotted every 5 minutes.
Use your UTM terrain map to enter your way points on the App's displayed map.
During overnight stays turn the phone off to save the battery.
Next morning turn back on and the gps locations and waypoints will be restored to the App's displayed map.
